Properties white powder,Density :1.14g/cm3 , Antioxidant 245 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant particularly suitable for organic substrates. It protects the substrates against thermo-oxidative degradation during manufacturing, processing and end-use. Antioxidant 245 is odorless, of low volatility, has a good color stability and exhibits high extraction resistance
Applications Antioxidant 245 is a partially- hindered phenolic antioxidant that provides excellent processing and long term thermal stability. It is mainly used in the processing and improvement of long-term thermal stability of styrene polymer such as HIPS, MBS and ABS, engineering plastic such as POM, PA and polyurethane . It is also an effective chain terminator in PVC polymerizations. It can be added into monomers before polymerization when it is used for HIPS and PVC.
Storage Stable in property. No special requirement but keep ventilation and away from water and high temperature.
Packing 20kg or 25kg net paper bags lined with polyethylene film bags.
